1. Once you have submitted your enquiry form, we shall get one of our representatives to call you back at the best time for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
2. We will then e-mail an order form. When you are ready to order please sign and return (quotes valid for 90 days) along with a provisional payment for £100+VAT, this will secure your base plan and Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of your finished conservatory – if you have not already done so.
3. Once you have received your base plans, please keep them safe. You or your builder will need these for constructing your base/wall. If there are any changes you would like to make on your CAD drawings, please indicate these on the drawing and fax or e-mail back to us so that we can alter them.
4. When you are happy with the designs, fax or e-mail back a signed copy to us along with a payment equivalent to 50% of the total order value minus £100 (Base and CAD cost).
5. Once we have a cleared payment, we will call you back to arrange a suitable delivery date.
6. Approx 10 days before the agreed delivery date, we shall contact you to ensure everything is still on track and delivery can be made on time.
7. ONLY once delivery has been made (subject to usual T&C), will we ask for the remaining balance.
