We have made every effort to display on the website as accurately as possible the colours, designs and other features of our products. However, the goods may differ slightly from the images shown.

The price of the goods that you order will be the price quoted at the date the order is received and will include VAT and delivery to mainland United Kingdom.

Payments must be made by either: personal cheque, credit or debit card (please see “Our Service” part of the website for a list of those payment cards accepted), or by such other credit arrangement as may be offered by third parties (subject always to the relevant terms of any such credit arrangements).

We will not deliver the goods until we have received confirmation of appropriate payment amount or authorisation of any credit arrangement (as may apply).

You may be subject to validation checks and/or third party authorisations depending on your method of payment.

The goods will be delivered to you at the address provided by you. Delivery is restricted to mainland United Kingdom.

We aim to deliver your goods within 28 days from when your order is received by us and at a time agreed by yourselves. If we cannot deliver within this time, we will inform you in advance and agree with you with an alternative date for delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that the quantity of goods delivered match the driver's paperwork and that the goods are undamaged. You should keep your delivery note. You are required to notify the customer services (within 48 hours) if any of the goods are missing or damaged on delivery.
9.
Risk in the goods shall pass to you once they have been delivered to you and we will not be liable for their loss, destruction or damage after delivery has taken place.

Goods shall remain the property of Premier Trade Windows, until such time that they are completely paid for.

We will collect and replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective on delivery. If these goods are found not to be defective or damaged, then we have the right to charge you for any costs we may have incurred.

13.
We guarantee to repair or replace (as we decide) any faulty frames, roofs and ploycarb within 10 years from the date of delivery, sealed units for 5 years and all furniture for 12 months as long as you have paid in full or have signed the credit agreement satisfaction note for the goods.

The guarantee will no longer apply if:
a.
any person we have not authorised has carried out repairs or alterations to the goods; or
b.
the goods have been damaged by accident or misuse, or failure to follow instructions and general good practice in the installation of the goods.
15.
This is a binding Contract. If cancellation is requested and agreed by the Company, a charge will be made for work already incurred. Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Premier Trade Windows after a 7 day statutory cooling period from the date of contract signing.
16.
Nothing in these terms affects the Purchaser's statutory rights.

Any payments made via credit cards will incur an additional 2.5% charge.

Our price guarantee applies to orders. Therefore, if you have bought from us and subsequently receive a cheaper price for a like-for-like conservatory, we will match that price upon your production of a time valid, written quote on headed stationary.
